5. Executive Sales Partner (ESP) Program

• ESPs earn commissions and affiliate bonuses on successful referrals and property sales.

• Commissions are subject to change based on company policies.

• Fraudulent activities, including misrepresentation, will result in account termination.

6. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

• Any misuse of the platform, including fraudulent transactions, may result in legal action.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

7. Payments & Withdrawals

• All deposits, investments, and withdrawals must comply with our payment policies.

• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified in the investment or ESP program.

• The company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

8. Refund Policy

• Investments are non-refundable once processed.

• If an error occurs in a transaction, users must report it within 48 hours for resolution.

9. Termination of Accounts
